I always go to fix my bike. I always get straightforward repairs and advice. Any time I’ve had a repair that was optional or a possibility for an up sell, I’ve been given the choice without pressure.

Compact store with a somewhat limited selection of bicycles and accessories. We're loyal with the Giant brand and it's great that they have some on display and were all within our budget. The one we ended up buying was in great condition and was tuned properly. The owner was all businesslike, which we didn't mind but I can understand why that can be perceived as being cold or uncaring. They do not do trade-ins and prefer payments in cash.

Bike shop is great! A lot of product, and the owner is really nice and knowledgable. I'm really confused about this rating and comments, my service was great!! Will be going here for any bike related problem or supplies from now on.

Margo is great. She helped me with my son's bike and my own bike for years. She is a New Yorker, we get busy. People expect a sole proprietor to stop working on paying customers bikes to answer a ton of questions and get information so they can buy what they need on Amazon. Fuggetaboutit.

Yes they are open 7 Days. Google maps is confused if it says otherwise. Great local shop. Thank goodness there's a bike shop in Ditmas Park. This place has been here FOREVER. I haven't bought a bike there, but I would if I wasn't such a bike nerd. But I have had them service several of my families bikes for me over the years. They are cheap and competent at repairs. As such, if I was a local I'd be happy to buy a bike there, because I"m sure they'd service it. Just rode back on my bike, which had a broken spoke. Dropped it off at 1pm on Sunday and picked it up @2pm with a replaced spoke and a trued wheel. But, Don't pet the big dogs!
