  Very poor management.

  The employees including the manager are rude and unprofessional. They yell at you and don't listen. They put you on hold for hours and then hung up. Please don't go there . It is not like there are no other medical supplies store in California. The office phones are always busy and never return the calls.

  PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE OR DON'T LET YOUR DR OFFICE SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO THIS PLACE . THEY ARE RUDE AND BAD . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T FORGET THAT YOUR SELF RESPECT IS EVERYTHING. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

  Called ahead looking for an oxygen pressure regulator for a 7100 liter H tank so we could get our anesthesia machine back online. They said they had the part in stock. Drove across town to get there and they show me a regulator for a 680 liter E tank. They didn't have what they said they had on the phone. Huge waste of time.
