  Since my lease was about to end Cadillac contacted me while on vacation to offer me a deal that would better my current lease payment. Once home, I visited the dealership and my usual sales rep shoved me off to another sales man who was very unprofessional, rude and unwilling to negotiate. The monthly payment he offered was higher by $80, with fewer miles and a cheaper model than the one I am currently driving. I told him, that I was understandably upset since they lured me in with the false pretense of a better offer and he replied that I had unreasonable expectations and that I should adjust them because a base model now was worth more than my luxury model 3 years ago. Since we could not reach an agreement, I turned in my vehicle with 10k miles less than lease allowance. Cadillac is now charging me $300 dollars for what they call excess wear and tear. One of the charges alleges that the "check engine light" was on... the car is under warranty, that was an issue previously addressed with the dealership, and all repairs and maintenance for that car have been performed by the dealership. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and end of lease experience.

  Hector always treats us like family when we come in here! Luis was very helpful and so were the ladies at the desk. Our ATS was in the shop for a week and they gave us a loaner which really helped us a lot considering we have a newborn. I highly recommend you come and see Hector and Luis !!

  I have leased 5 vehicles from Braman over the last 15 years and have experienced nothing but excellent customer service and first rate sales representatives. My sales rep, Richard Suarez, is always polite, friendly, and trustworthy. He makes my car buying experience fast and simple with no gimmicks or tricks. Very happy with the all around experience with this dealership. My son has leased 3 vehicles from Richard as well. I highly recommend this dealership and Richard Suarez.
