  I was involved in a car accident over a month ago. I went to them since they are "specialist on BMW". I had advised how I was previously ripped off by a body shop so I took my car to them to repair my car MECHANICALLY (transmission, fuses, sensors, misfire...) They charged the insurance $3,066.74 to change the muffler and 1 engine mount. Once again my car was not fixed mechanically. When I called insurance to figure out what was going on and why my car had not been fixed/or drive-able, the insurance advised that report was from the shop. The insurance did not pay for the repairs of the car. I picked up the car and while I was getting the receipt, I am told that the $119.00 of the diagnostic of the car was only the computerized diagnose, the vehicle still needed to be checked. My battery got ruined due to the accident and the shop told me, in order to get an accurate diagnostic I needed to purchase a new battery ($479 - while in Braman BMW $389), they didn't even bill the insurance for the battery. Even after buying the battery, they still did not provide me with the full diagnosis. I got screwed over really bad, currently without a car, and the shop still received all their money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

  Very professional and thorough. Got my 01' X5 worked on there back in October 2016 and haven't had any issues yet with my vehicle. I would highly recommend this garage and the prices are far less than the dealership.

  They fixed my issue quickly and it cost exactly what they told me it would cost

  Had an accident took my car to this store and it was the worst experience ever. Bad customer service, bad communication. She never called me not even once to update me. I had to go every other day, she gave me expensive part prices and when I asked why they refused to continue fixing the car. The price of the estimate keep changing every time I ask for one. the lady who works there understand nothing about cars and she doesn't cooperate at all. Dont go there

  My car runs better than ever, major work was done for my 328i at Bimmer Shop. . Grateful to find a place that finishes their work and takes care of what is needed. Don't waste your time at dealerships. Highly Recommend.
