Your alignment people either can’t read prior repair tags or just plain make up what they want. And the service adviser is just as complicit in your failures.

Took my truck in because of tail light and turn signal problems. Also, there was a whining noise in engine compartment. Told them to call before fixing whining noise because i thought it was something else besides a serpentine belt. I knew I could have replaced a serpentine belt myself. They didn't call and replaced the serpentine belt and it cost me $177 in labor for a belt I could have replace myself. When I picked up the vehicle, I tried to remote start the vehicle and it didn't work. I told them it worked when i brought the vehicle in. They said there wasn't anything they did that would have caused the remote start to quit and it was the cold weather causing the remote to quit. They also said it would cost me more money to hook up the computer to find out what was wrong. After refusing to pay them another cent, I drove the vehicle home. After doing some searching under the hood, I found that the mechanic forgot to plug in the hood switch which he had to unplug to replace the belt. Once I plugged the switch in, the remote start worked. Boyer used to be a great place to get work done; now it is like they don't care. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Previously have had other issues with them and tried talking to a manager. He just blew me off. The only good thing about the place is its parts department which has always been very helpful and cheaper priced than our local Ford dealership.

Good work but they are always busy. It hard to get your vehicle service quickly

I bought an E350 Cutaway Cube Truck and my experience with Fernando and Ben was terrific. They are a bunch of really helpful gentlemen- not much room for negotiation with the price, but it was a fair deal, and exactly what we needed.

Ready to be Ripped off? I once went there last year for a part for a truck Heavy Duty Parts they had a part that they wanted $450 for it same part bought off eBay for $48 fact!!!! Cummings fuel shut off. Look it up. Every once in while they give fair pricing Other times the parts are $28 most shops charge $5 /600 but they want ****$2,500.00 Yes that's right 5 times as much. $2500!!!! Over price there work over and over. I was quoted $150 for a light bulb on a dump truck! (Rear brake oval light) I think they think that most consumers are completely ignorant. You never know how they're going to act whether they're going to be honest and give you a fair price or they're going to try to price gouge you!!!!! I wrote this post to protect other innocent consumers like myself. Only time will tell in our modern society whether we really need brick-and-mortar stores to sell us high-priced & over priced items as consumers. I really see a change in the business forecast for companies like this. Sure some people may always just drop their truck off and not worry about the cost but the end of the day all consumers in any business & personal life are watching where every dollar gets spent and anybody who's paying attention to these guys know that Boyers not treating them fairly. I don't mind working hard I respect hard work it's actually something I take pride in. I don't like being taken advantage of.
