  Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. Called to get a quote and the woman who answered the phone was rude, short and seemed altogether annoyed at my request... which could have resulted in business for them. She never returned my call or followed up. With other repair shops in the area with MUCH friendlier and professional service, I can't see why anyone would go with these people.
