  The guy is clearly an expert at fake ID's. Sometimes your ID is so real it's fake. He will scratch furiously at your ID and attempt to peel something off and if you ask what he is doing, his automatic response is "Fake ID, can't accept it". I know fake ID's will sometimes give themselves away because of peeling at the corners, and the age law is there for a reason, but if you can't identify a real ID when you see one, what's the point. Well done. Took my business elsewhere, not worth your time.

  All sales are final, but you won't realize this until after you've made your purchase and want to return or exchange an item. Everything in the store is WAY to pricey for them not to have a return policy in place. Pretty shady business if you ask me, having people pay way too much for a limited selection of inadequate products that they cannot return when unsatisfied. There are plenty of smoke shops in Boston don't waste your time here when there are many that are much better and more fair.

  Place looks cool, but it's overpriced and too strict on their age policy - it's not a bad thing, but it's annoying for an international student with no Mass ID to get their passport just to be in the store. Furthermore, I had a problem with my vape and left it there for maintenance on a weekend and was told to expect a call from a more experienced employee and his assessment. Guess what: no phone call and it's been almost two weeks. Welp back to cancer sticks :/
