  First thing is the staff. Great staff there, really friendly and will help you find exactly what you need. The apparel there is on the more expensive side but totally worth it. Life time warranty and the material is soo light!

  Staff is very helpful - knowledgeable about the brand and its product offerings and super-friendly. The Covert cardigan is the perfect layer for cold, Boston days, and I wouldn’t have even known about it if it wasn’t for the staff that quickly helping me figure out what I was looking for.

  One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. With their help I was able to narrow down my choices to two very good bike-friendly jackets (and I also discovered some new products, too). Will be visiting them again soon for other outdoor apparel needs.

  I love Atx gear, pricey as it is. The store is useful for trying on a piece of gear. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the presentation of the inventory makes it hard to find what you're looking for, even if you're familiar with the product lines. There are no product description signs to help guide your search. And all the clothing labels are tucked inside the garments. You have to unzip pockets to inspect the labels. These are very correctable problems that would make the store more enjoyable to visit.

  Arc'teryx products sell themselves but are helped in great part by the very friendly and helpful staff that operates this Newbury Street store. I picked up Rho AR Bottom and neck gaiter yesterday and was helped through out by a friendly employee. Regardless of what you know (or don't) about performance sports clothing and the jargon (Gore Tex, Hard/Soft shell, Mid/Base layers etc) the staff takes their time to explain the products, the best use case and their limitations. Store is well stocked and I have never had finding my size here.
