  The most incredible customer service I’ve had in awhile! They were extremely accommodating and beyond nice. Concierge desk is incredible. Highly recommend staying here.

  This is a very nice hotel when one is in Boston. There is a huge lobby for checking in. A great location to quickly get wherever you want, and you have access to dozens of restaurants and stores with only a five minute walk. If you can afford to spend the money then this is the place to stay.

  Friendly staff, perfectly located to many shops, Red Sox Stadium, Celtics garden, and other types of activities. Nice concierge lounge with great views. This hotel is great, I enjoyed it a lot and I plan to stay here again in the future. Also, the views from my room were fantastic (at least on the 31st floor, where I was at).

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Probably the best hotel to stay at in Boston! The views were absolutely stunning from every direction. Really gives you a birds eye view of the whole city. Prices are reasonable considering your location. The location is unbeatable; you’re within walking distance to all the hot spots of Boston. Also, it’s built right into the Prudential Center’s shopping center.

Prices are reasonable considering your location. The location is unbeatable; you’re within walking distance to all the hot spots of Boston. Also, it’s built right into the Prudential Center’s shopping center.
