Very well-attended-to, in a great location with charming and quiet neighborhood. In-unit appliances and access to a washer/dryer, lounge, and exercise room made for a very comfortable stay.

The code to get in and no check-out is a great idea when you're in a hurry. The room was clean with a full array of utensils and glasses, a great view and a turret alcove. The location is one block from the Prudential center - easy to get around via the Green Line station as well. VERY pleasant experience and I look forward to staying here again when not on a business trip!

It's cute the staff is sweet helping where ever they could and your in the middle of Boston. The rooms are a good size with a kitchen. The only thing is that the show door is lined up quite right so the floor gets a little wet if you don't pot a towel down. I would love to go back again year

Great location next to convention center, mall, and lots of restaurants and a 7-11 is across the street. Room was quiet and warm. Bathroom was small in my room, but I was fine with that. Staff was friendly. Self serve kitchen with breakfast food. They send you codes for front door and room ahead of time, so you just go to your room when you arrive. I'd certainly book there again.

Rented the two bedroom executive suite for a girls weekend. I did a ton of research, I knew I wanted a separate living room because we would be having girls coming over to hang out before and after some of the events we had planned. So here are the details of our visit. Easy to get in and out without having to check in. No ID required. You could literally go your whole stay without ever interacting with staff. Once I arrived, I went to see about a parking pass, but was told they had none left. The room was very cute and spacious but there were a bunch of maintenance issues. First thing, the ice maker was on but there was no ice, I called the office and he brought us up a bag of ice immediately. The ice maker stood on and I think it dropped a few cubes two days later. I say I think because we had other ice in the bin. A light bulb in the kitchen was out and there was no light in one of the bedrooms. The sofa needs to be cleaned, it was super comfortable but a lot of questionable stains. Found some stale popcorn under the sofa, but for the most part everything else was clean. That night (Friday) we went out to a comedy show, came back and had a nice time talking and laughing in the living room with the fire going. We ended up getting two noise complaints. It was four females, no music and everyone was just sitting around. We had the fire going for a few hours. When the two girls who weren't staying left and we went off to bed, the bedrooms were freezing. There are no thermostats in the room, you have to call down for temperature control, but there is no one to call after 2am. We ended waking up with runny noses from the cold. Also, you have to call for cleaning service. There is suppose to a door hanger, but we didn't have one. Saturday night/Sunday morning we came back after going out dancing, it was after 3am. The room was colder than outside. We decided to put on the fireplace, leave the bedroom doors open and wear the robes they provided to sleep in. About an hour or so after we went to bed, the carbon monoxide detectors started going off. We turned off the fireplace, opened windows and the door and called down to the front desk to see if there was an emergency number or something. I got an answering machine and left a message. It took 15 to 20 minutes to clear out the carbon monoxide enough for the alarms to shut off. I called back to leave another message just to say we got them turned off, but this time a sister hotel answered. I was basically told there was nothing that could be done at the time. At 8 in the morn (Sun), the person in the office called but I didn't answer. I was tired and figured I'd deal with it later. Sunday, during the day, the room was so hot that after closing the windows I had open due to the carbon monoxide, I had to reopen them to let in some air. On our way out we decided to go speak to the office about the situation with the carbon monoxide. The person at the desk (female) was disinterested and failed to comprehend the gravity of the situation. She told me to tell her what I wanted her to do and that she would relay it to the manager. She said, we tell guests to not leave the fireplace on for more than two hours, which was not only a lie (because the way it is setup, they don't really interact with guests unless it's for something specific) but is also an acknowledgement that they know the fireplace is unsafe. That should not have happened with a properly ventilated fireplace, especially if the stack is regularly cleaned. It's really unfortunate the maintenance is lacking so much, because it was definitely a place I would have returned to with my husband. I did extensive research on hotels in Back Bay, this wasn't the cheapest for a 2 bedroom suite nor the most expensive, but still, for the price per night, we shouldn't have had so many issues. There really isn't much positive to say beyond the cuteness of the chic decor and the spaciousness.
