    I’m writing you because I don’t know where else to turn right now. The disrespect I just received from Tyler a extension 7389 is beyond comprehension. He basically made it known that he represented the manufacturer and did not care about the issue that we are encountering on our brand new 2018 x3. Our 3rd BMW The dealership and bmw of N America agree with what we are asking. The issue is beside the point. He over spoke us. He said the other agent had empathy but he didn’t. He got us so heated with his cold and sarcastic personality. I admit that by the end of the phone call it got heated. I have been in customer service for 30 years and he made me go to a place I have been able to avoid. Like I mentioned earlier. We will work out the issue at hand but I cannot overlook the arrogance of your representative. I hate to say but I doubted buying this car because what I heard about the new BMW customer service but went ahead. I’m doubting my decision at the moment. Since Tyler said he was the only person I was allowed to talk to I would like to know what I can do about this situation. Thank you Michele Pajak

    Have a BMW 2014 328 D X drive that had damage to the back window and frame in March 2018 during a wind storm. I was surprised to find out that some components for this car are not being made any longer and are not in stock. The car is still in warranty. Why pay a premium for a car that cannot be repaired to the OEM standards? Spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I didn't expect this from BMW. Very unhappy.

    NO STARS! I am seething with anger. I recently purchased a vehicle and purchased the extended maintenance plan because (naturally) I expected to keep my car. Unfortunately, I got into an accident with my X1 with "X-Drive" . And by the way...Chevy's have better AWD systems than what my X-1 did. But anyways. I requested a refund of the extended warranty through the Service Advisor at BMW of Brooklyn and he told me that it wasn't possible due to some bulls***t rule or whatever. I called customer service and got the same lame response. My gripe is that I went to an unfortunate event of loosing a car that I worked hard for unexpectedly and I cant even get the courtesy to get reimbursed for an option I really didnt have to purchase. And not only that there no car to service anymore because the car was totaled. I really thought BMW was a company with more integrity than this. SO NOW I know where I stand with BMW. For my first car purchase I should have never went to you guys. And I wont be going back ever. Im sure you could give 2 S**ts anyways.

    BMW North America as a joke be very very careful when you’re purchasing vehicles from them I purchased a vehicle through BMW New Jersey which every BMW dealership is privately owned but they need to follow the guidelines of BMW North America because we trust the brand and we know there’s a backing we’re not dealing with your average Joe at the dealer that if anything goes wrong you know you can contact BMW North America will guess what that’s not the case the number one worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life I purchase $125,000 vehicle and I am treated with no customer service I called and made multiple complaints to BMW North America and they have not resolved or attempted to resolve any of them small example when I purchased the car I bought the BMW 750 I I order the executive key that controls the car with the vehicle I never received it it’s been almost a year and I have not been able to resolve the issue they’re playing ping-pong between the dealership and corporate why is this the customers fault I don’t know but beware when dealing with BMW as a whole because you think they have the backing of corporate but corporate washes their hands clean

    Started a complaint about a dealer & issue with a car I purchased on Mon 1/8/18. Called just about everyday, sometimes multiple times per day. Was told repeatedly will take 3-5 days to resolve. Could not get my case manager (Mecia ext 7418?) to ever call me back. Not once did my case manager every contact me & its now 9 days later. I called & complained to two managers - (Taylor? and Renzo?). Both worthless & did absolutely nothing. Just said all they can do is document my call. No one ever helped me at all. Im stunned. Worst customer service for basically there is no customer service. If you buy a BMW you better hope you never have a problem where you need BMW NA. Hope this review helps someone else.
