  Waited over 1 hour without anyone acknowledging us. The host indicated everyone was busy with other customers but we saw couple of them just walking around. One caucasian customer walked in and was greeted right away. I hope this was not the reason for our delay but after talking to the host twice Im pretty sure she was aware of us there. Needless to say we decided to leave without purchasing a car.

  I brought in my alfa Romeo for service because of a Bluetooth problem and there were 2 recalls on the car. The service was supposed to take 2 days but they had it ready in one day. The Bluetooth problem couldnt be fixed the same day so they told me to take the car back till they get the part to fix it and they will call me and let me know when to bring in the car and they will have a loaner car for me. Very professional service. Just what I would expect from a luxury car.

  Purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio in October 2017. The sales team is excellent. Having issues some issues after 7000 miles and need to take my vehicle in for service. The availability of a loaner car is not guaranteed and have to wait for a phone call. I thought buying a premium brand automobile from a dealer would come with the same service that I get from other luxury brands. Will definitely think twice of trading in my Mercedes for a second Alfa.

  When I arrived at Ramsey Fiat yesterday, I was already locked into a lease with Scion (now Toyota) and wasn't looking forward to paying more per month on a car I hardly ever drive. Jesse listened to my pleas and set me up with a test drive with Frank, claiming I would fall in love with the vehicle and... he was right. But, more importantly, I fell in love with the service, hospitality and human element at the dealership (bonus points for price!) When other reviewers say they go above and beyond in their level of service- believe it. Jesse, Frank and Chris were amazing. I love the car and look forward to doing business with them for years to come!

  Excellent service! The fastest car lease we have ever had. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Frank Gizzi helped us out a lot and made sure we wouldn't leave without having exactly what we came looking for. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for great car and great service!!
