  I’m a huge fan of good merchandising and great service - those go a long way in my book when I’m shopping. The Bloomingdale's in San Francisco has these qualities, which make for a really fantastic shopping experience. The merchandise is a little more fancy and upscale than the Bloomies down in Los Angeles, so if elevated streetwear and are to find brands are your sartorial thing, you're in luck. This is great place to get gifts for kids and housewares on the bottom floor - and sometimes you'll get a little something for yourself too!

  I had never been to a Bloomingdales before today. I was looking for an overnight bag with laptop and shoe compartments. I found exactly what I was looking for and was willing to pay the sticker price for it. The sales associate that helped me (Ashley) was super knowledgeable and friendly. The bag was 50% off at checkout! I'll be shopping there more often.

  It's a cool place to shop and wish there was more hang out spots to go to and meet people of new entertainment complex like. New places to shop and see women in leather and wish they host shows of in door events and stage shows and concerts would be cool there to go and still shop.

  The West coast flagship for Bloomingdale's Department Store at San Francisco Center is all you would expect from a first rate shopping experience. Although I don't consider myself a "frequent" shopper here, I have found that when ever I'm in need of a high quality personal item or a special gift, I know I can normally find it right here. What makes this store special is the staff. They are always quite personable and take finding just the right item for you their mission. The sales associates are knowledgeable about merchandise, offer intelligent answers to your questions and are not afraid to point out the best values as well. Last minute gift wrapping and shipping have also been executed just as promised, even around the holidays!
