  I received the worst service I’ve ever received at a gym at this location. Upon starting my membership the customer service representative barely helped me and just pointed me to the computer to sign up without answering any questions. I had to call over to him multiple times to come help and answer questions I had about the signup. On top of that, I wasn’t given any information about the layout of the fitness center and was never told about the 30 minute start up session...I know that other locations are helpful, but this one of them.

  -Upper floor more cardio based, lower floor more strength based -Locker rooms are located downstairs -Ask for Jaykuan, personally think he’s the best personal trainer for fat burn, strength, and just a overall a fun time to talk to -Negatives would be only one power rack, a too few benches for barbell bench press -Overall a good gym for basic needs

  Love Blink in general but this location is just too small for the area. Much more crowded than other locations. My husband es goingto john with me but he'd rather pay more somewhere else and get thru his workouts faster and easier than standing around waiting for equipment. I have access to other locations. Too bad, I was looking forward to this one.

  They make it ridiculously hard to cancel without going into the gym itself. I moved away from New York with a job transfer very quickly, and I have spent the last six months trying to get them to cancel my membership but they continue to charge me. I even sent in a certified letter asking for my membership to be cancelled. Still charged two more times. Don't bother.

  Gym is fine. It gets crowded but it has a lot covered. I don't get this open 24's brag though...It's open 24 hours half the week then closes at midnight one night then 8pm the next two. It's 24/4 I guess. Catchy.
