  Came in around 9pm I ordered 2 pizzas (build your own) everything was fine until the end which was a very long wait only for both my pizzas to be burned hard on the bottom completely. I was asked if I wanted them redone, I said yes, so I waited another long time which was close to closing time I was offered a desert which I should have been offered a refund for burning my pizzas the first time. So finally, around 942 pm my pizzas was finished. I didn't receive a cup holder for my drinks and the bag I requested, was not big enough to hold. It was not the clear blaze pizza bag either. As I leaving out, one of the chairs fell from the table which could have injured me. So I get home and notice the second pizza was made wrong it had pepperoni that was made for someone else that does not eat pepperoni. So my second visit here was not that great. I guess I will have to continue to go to the other locations where the workers don't have an attitude and says a "pizza is a pizza" when he thought I wasn't listening. A "pizza is not a pizza" when the bottom is hard and burned at the bottom dude.

  I love this place. I love the concept and the quality. I come here specially due to the pesto sauce base option. For those of you who are sick of deep dish, this is the place!

  Everything here is excellent. The service, the place was nice and clean. Being in downtown and as I expected, there was a big line for pizza. But the staff handled it really well. Of course the pizza was really good too. I sure will come back to this place.

  The service at blaze pizza on state street is absolutely amazing! I believe their manager is Jasper. Jasper is probably the best example of the best management I have ever seen at any fast food restaurant. If you go to Blaze Pizza on state street, make sure you come in to contact with Jasper. Aside from the management, again, the service is absolutely amazing I would recommend this restaurant to any and everyone.

  Very interesting place. Had someone greet me right as I walked in and explained what the place was all about. "Like a Subway for Pizzas".... The staff was really friendly as I worked my way down the line. The pizza was great for something that was served to me literally minutes after I ordered. BBQ Chicken, off their menu instead of special order.
