  Sir Dmitry is straight guy who follows rules and regulations strictly. Renting car from him was good experience. His cars are good in conditions. He tries to be helpful anyway possible. He is nice guy to deal with. I think he would get more people and be more easier if he finds a way to register his vehicles with rideshare companies like Uber, lypt etc at the same time people go to him rent his cars in his office.

  Dmitry is a professional, and he will work with you. The selection is of vehicles is not large, but the cars are CLEAN, and in GOOD working condition. Any type of car issue, he already has someone you can go to. He is also convenient and up to date on the latest payment technologies. If you'd like to rent or lease a car, this is probably one of the better guys out there. This is a small business, working within the community. I highly recommended him.

  Best rental company in NY. Very friendly and you will get instant solution for any kind of problem. They don’t bother like other. Dimitry is a nice guy and very professional. Highly recommended for rental.

  I was a little hesitant to use BIRACS mainly because it was under a house but I learned to don't judge a book by its cover. Dmitri was very knowledgeable about the industry as a whole and he has probably has the lowest prices. The auto mechanic that he uses is very knowledgeable about not only Dmitri's cars but a wide variety of vehicles. The only issue that I have is that he should consider other methods of making payments besides through his bank. Otherwise that, BIRACS should be the first choice in getting a vehicle
