  First time ever got delivery...live 5 min away. Driver wouldn't ring bell told me I had to pick it up on street. I had to leave my kids alone to meet him...he then expected a tip on top of the $3 delivery fee for having me meet him?? He wanted me to add a tip to my slip. I told him you made me come to you, that defeats the purpose of delivery?? He was very rude & started yelling at me. Billy needs to control his employees. And the spare ribs were cold & fatty!!! Gross!!!
