Best customer service, best prices, nicest people I've ever met.

Shopper beware! Though the mechanic/owner is skilled, he is very rude. Perhaps I asked to many questions, or he doesn't care for those who want to browse. Previously, I purchased some grips and tubes. However, I will not return to this shop!

While he had good advice, his patron skills don't exist. I purchased a brake and a nut I lost for my Mongoose motorized bike. Both visits, I found this owner extremely rude and decided to find a different shop. Maybe he isn't getting laid or something. I don't know.

The Bike Zone is a friendly neighborhood owned bike shop that strives for same day service and fair prices. I have brought several bikes there and have always received good service. Most bike shops need at least 2-3 days for repair service. Not the Bike Zone. The Bike Zone has always done same-day service for me except once and one time they perfectly repaired the bike the next day. I'll continue to bring my bikes there with the excellent service I've received.

Horrible service and return policy! I took my vintage Raleigh bicycle here to have new tires put on and told the owner that I wanted the tires to be brown and look exactly like the ones it had before because I wanted to keep the vintage look. Well, when I went to pick up my bike it had tires that had more of a yellow wall than I brown wall. I paid and took the bike home but was less than satisfied. Then I decided that I really wanted the brown wall tires, so I called the owner to exchange them. He refused to exchange them and give me store credit . I had the bike less than a day. Now I'm stuck with tires that look more like they belong on a beach cruiser than on a vintage British bicycle. Don't go here!!! Customer service is non-existant!!!
