::I have started going here shortly after they moved to this location around early 2015 and have found it to be a great LBS. The guys are knowledgeable on MTB and handle the local needs for family bikes. Good maintenance and mechanics. Fair pricing. Remember that you can’t get specific advice or feel and touch parts online like you can in person. Support your LBS.

::One evening, a friend and I stopped at this location for service on my one year old moutain bike. I needed my gears checked and a replacement for my balding rear tire. I was sold one, but it wasn't the same design as the front wheel. After having my gears checked I asked about the tire and was told it's perfect for my bike. So I excepted his word and I was told the part I need for my gears would be needed to be ordered. I was told once the part comes in I'll be contacted to have the service for it done. So I left confident. The next day the new tire caught a screw near the center of the tire and that punctured the tire and flatten the tube. I go back to the store and I explained what happened. I was told that they could save the tire. I didn't have much faith in the treads of that tire type so I requested a different tread type. I wasn't given a credit or any type of discount. In fact I was told it's not the store's policy. I ended up having to buy another tire and a puncture resident tube. Replacing the puncture resident one I had. Once I got home I realized I actually I did not get the previous tire back. So the next day I called the store and was told the tire was tossed. The owner said he would credit me the cost for the tire when the part I needed for my gear comes it. I was given only a verbal by phone. I hope they honor this. So far I'm optimistic. I'll update this review once I'm contacted about the part and service.

::If you're looking for an amazing bike shop, you need to come to the Pig. I completely broke the axle on my bike wheel. They installed a new axle, bearings, cones and axle nuts. Not only did they save the vintage, original rim, it was only $36. To top it off they completely rebuilt the rim and polished it up in less than a day. I have 5 bikes that I have serviced there. Several were old clunkers were they replaced everything and at a much lower rate than the competition. I love this place. They always have fast, affordable, thorough service. Happy to support the shop and their Thursday nights rides at 8p.
