  I ordered a drink and it was full of espresso grounds. They were quick to remake it but the second one had grounds too.

  I waited 20 min for 2 drinks. By the time I got to the window, there was a gentleman just standing there, teaching someone. There were about 5 to 6 drinks just sitting there, waiting to be handed out of the window, and it took about five minutes before they even came to the window to ask for my payment. One drink was supposed to have whipped topping, there was no whip topping, and my drink didn’t taste right. You can tell it was sitting there for a while. The only positive about this trip was the staff was very friendly, however, not apologetic for my extremely long wait time. I will not come back to this location, especially if you’re in a rush. It’s not worth waiting. 20 minutes for two luke warm drinks.

  Closest coffee spot to my work so I decided to try it out the other day and won't be back. Messed up our order and the young lady working the drive through was rude. Expensive drinks for what I expected. Tim Hortons is down the street save yourself the disappointment

  Good overpriced coffee drinks and food items. Great customer service. They must be commended for serving Vegan breakfast sandwiches.

  Cross contamination alert! For the past couple of days my husband's been picking up breakfast from here and today I found a piece of bacon on my Bagel with cream cheese. We DO NOT eat bacon or any sort or meat or chicken due to religious reasons and who would know an innocent bagel with cream cheese would have bacon residue. After inspecting my food I saw bacon grease on my Bagel we both threw away our Bagels. And because I don't eat bacon I threw up and feel sick now, just by the thought of it that I've been eating it the past days and who knows how many times i might have missed it. Do not trust them with your food! Cross contamination is not a joke, and should not be taken lightly! We are never coming back! Reply to owner, Hi Rich, I appreciate you getting back with my concern, my husband loves your place and he's been upset he couldn't go here anymore. I'm glad you're personally looking into this, and taking into account. I'm sure he'll be happy to hear this, I guess just to be sure we will mention it with our order. I wanted to reply here just so others can see too, it okay to trust if someone is accepting their mistake and apologizing. We'll be back :)
