  Drive through took thirty minutes and only two people were ahead of us. Someone ahead claimed their food was cold after having waited just as long. We pulled out and left and so did several other people

  Much better since the recent (2022) renovation. But staff needs to be more customer friendly. Food is fresh and atmosphere is good.

  Just drove to this Mcdonald’s twice in the span of 15 min… came to the drive thru, sat for 10 minutes, no one attended to me. Circled around a bit, came back, again no one attended to me, or the 4 other cars that were trying to order at this time. Came up to the windows, no employees approached us. There were employees sitting in their car eating mcflurries though… total disrespect to my time, and to other customers, considering lights on and mcdonald’s clearly open but no one doing their job. A first and super disappointing.

  The closest McDonalds to my work, so I’ve been there a lot in the last 5 years. Always friendly service. Today, I ordered shortly before their registers crashed, and they had to switch to cash-only service in the middle of customer orders. They took great care of their customers where other restaurants would fail. I don’t normally write reviews, but they deserve a shout out!

  I like this McDonald's because it is conveniently located for me.  I have to take just a bit longer drive than I would care to but that's just the way it's laid out around here. It's worth the trip, however, because the place is attractive.  They have an all new interior with most of the modern conveniences.  You can order from the web and that's great but I prefer to be in the restaurant to order.  I enjoy the new kiosks that McDonald's has been deploying but they don't have one in this venue. That's okay because the staff here is engaged and ready to take your order.  The menu has become complex but they have been keeping up.  They took my order quickly and efficiently.  Within a few minutes, and this is the best part, I had one of the finest hamburgers I've ever had anywhere. I ordered the Quarter-Pounder, so, nothing special, right?  Ding!  Incorrect!  Go on to next item! :P  The burger was fresh and hot.  The juiciest tastiest I've ever had at McDonald's.  It reminded me of a burger outside in the sun at a barbecue. Good stuff! The restrooms are kept immaculate and except for the one kid ice skating (literally) on spilled ice-water the play area is kept in good order, neat and clean.
