  What a great store and fantastic experience. This place has three floors and the selection and the quality was outstanding. This was the first place I went and received really unbelievable service from Joshua Higgins. He brought me through how to tell a quality boot, a good fit and overall care. We found a pair that fit, but because this was the first place I went to I asked him to put it on the side and I wanted to see what the other places had. I went to 5 other stores and none of them had the selection, style or the service that Big Time Boots had... especially the stores that have racks of r low quality at inflated prices. Needless to say I went back and not only bought the boots but found a second dress boot that fit perfectly. I almost bought a third as they have some great exotics, but perhaps next visit. If your looking for boots, this is the place to go. Honest, and knowledgeable. I can't wait to visit again. Thanks Joshua and Big Time Boots.
