  Buyer beware. I always look at Google reviews for in-home services, restaurants, hotels, etc. - don't know why I never thought of doing it for stores in a city I'm visiting. Sure wish I had. I don't know how they are getting such good reviews here. If you read Yelp it's a different story. The employees there are nice and helpful - I guess I just got caught up in the buying boots in Nashville thing. I purchased a pair that were marked $479, but the store always has 30% off if you buy one item. I had looked in all the stores, and liked the pair here the best so I went for it. I should have stepped outside and checked Zappos. I paid $380+ for the boots, and later DID check Zappos and I could have gotten them for $267. The store has a no returns policy, only exchange, or I would have brought them back. My bad. Don't make the same mistake.

  Bought a leather jacket in there, super friendly, shipped it quickly...will definitely shop there again!!!

  Such friendly peeps @BettyBoots! I learned more about boots from Deb, and this is my 4th pair of boots. (My first pair here) She and the rest of the staff where delightful

  I received the best service here. A range of better quality than elsewhere. It was very hard to choose. I will definitely be visiting Betty Boots again.
