  I really enjoyed my stay here. Granted, I knew what to expect of the area. Despite the ghetto just outside the fence, the property, building and room all felt very safe. There was a security patrol and the fire department next door (though the sirens could barely be heard), so it was actually one of my more comfortable SA stays aside from anywhere right on the river walk. Plus, helpful staff, and great breakfast.

  I will never stay at this hotel again! We were placed in a handicapped room which I did not request but was told by the front desk that is what we chose (which we did not) Had to shower in a bathroom with no shower curtain and was afraid my husband and I would slip and fall due to the soap on the floor. No closet to hang our clothes in, a sink next to the front door. Whoever designed this hotel needs to be fired. And to top it all off, got food poisoning from their "free" breakfast. Did not want to give it one star but had no option for zero stars. I checked my bill, I requested a standard room which was wheelchair accessible, I DID NOT REQUEST A HANDICAP ROOM!!!!!!

  Me and my family had great stay at this hotel. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly too. I would recommend this place and will stay here again whenever I gonna be visiting San Antonio.

  Everyone was polite and it rubbed off on the guests. The breakfast was not too bad. No problem finding parking. This was a perfect location for us. One prob... the suite was not as pictured. There was a chair and no couch.

  Appearance of the hotel is really nice. Wish the weather was nicer because they had a cute outdoor area with nice outdoor seating. Check in was easy, no hassle. Room was really nice and very modern looking. The bed was so comfy we slept so good! Def would stay st this location again.
