  Needing a new laptop, I ventured to Best Buy. As usual, the staff was very helpful (tho I did have to get his attention Ist). The staffer who helped me was patient, respectful, and seemed knowledgeable. That's why I go to this store: They have a lot of choices in electronics; & the staff makes the experience pleasurable. They have been just as attentive when all I needed was a phone charger as wgen I was purchasing a laptop or tv... :)

  Great customer service always smells nice it’s better to go on week days as weekends are a little hectic. Gino was my salesman on my camera nx5 from Sony he showed me lots of tricks I’m a happy customer. :)

  Went there for a good old fashioned mobile music Compact Disc Player and they had one. The store on North Ave. didn't. Big store, you can probably find as much there as at any Best Buy store. If it's the closest to you, go there first.

  Amazing service in the cellphone department they really bend over backwards to ensure you are satisfied I will never go to cell phone Carrier store again

  I had the best experience getting a new phone here today! I brought it a tough case- my iPhone was so badly cracked that I wasn't able to unlock it, and transferring my contacts to my new Google phone was a lot of work. Natasha was super patient and worked really hard to problem solve and figure it out. Best buy also offer a better protection plan that my phone company and the option to return in 14 days.
