  There are some mic problems with my phone. I came to apple store for repair yesterday morning at Michigan store. The agent told me that couldn’t be repaid, I need to exchange a new one with $349. After I finished my work I went to Lincoln Park to try if they can repair or not. I’m already prepared going to buy a new one in my mind. I met with Brandon there. He told me the truth that it maybe not my phone’s problem. There are several people who had seem problems with me, we all iphone 7 or 7plus and just upgrade to iOS 11.3. I feel so lucky they could told me the truth. He is really really really a professional and a nice person. After that the tech guy Jesse came to help me. He is also very helpful and professional. I’m really really satisfied with the experience there! Apple company should be much honour that they could have employees likes your guys! Thank you so much!

  Apple used to be the best customer service in retail. Unfortunately they have clearly grown too quickly and haven’t compensated properly for the influx of customers. I walked into the store on a Sunday afternoon knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase (Apple TV). It took an hour and 3 different employees to get the product into my hands and then to actually complete the purchase. It was a very cold transaction. The employees were mostly annoyed and unfriendly in the interactions and then annoyed that I asked for a printed receipt. To top it all off they didn’t even ask if I would like a bag for the item, and didn’t stick around long enough for me to ask for one. So I’m currently on the L holding my Apple TV because I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for a bag. The store is complete chaos with no method or rhythm as to taking customers. I never want to step foot in one of their retail stores again. They’re overcrowded and terrible, especially if you know exactly what you want. It’s really sad and I’m disappointed with how terrible their retail experience is now considering it used to be the best. Online only for me from now on.

  The Apple store is great. Customer service is good as well, but you should make an appointment especially if going on a weekend. I went to have a previously owned MacBook pro checked, and although quite simple, the wait was almost 2 hours.

  DISCLAIMER: This particular location probably has the highest amount of traffic, next to the one located downtown, on the Magnificent Mile. REVIEW: Probably has the nicest employees of any of the Apple Stores I've ever visited in my life. The willingness to help people is definitely off the charts. That being said, the wait time does eat at you and leaves you with a bit of dissatisfaction, even though the employees are wonderful. Troubleshooting/queuing for tech support, can cost you anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Make sure you're invested in your issue, otherwise, it's time wasted.
