  Store is dirty and dated. Staff is friendly but not well trained. They were struggling to keep up with the customers and not able to multitask. The napkin dispensers were all empty. When I asked for some I received a couple pieces of industrial brown crinkly paper towel from a roll. Things had not been wiped down. The back employee counter behind the customer counter was a disaster. The experience isn't worth the price. For a premium price, I expect a full stock of napkins, a clean and organized store, AND adequate plastic spoons which don't buckle while digging into ice cream. Lose the cheap Sysco food service plastic ware.

  It's Ben and Jerry's ice cream, so the ice cream was as good as we expected. However, the place is cramped with inadequate seating and it was very warm inside. There were 3 young, seemingly inexperienced workers running the place. The kid's scoop of ice cream was simply placed on top of the waffle cone (not pushed down into it), so it nearly toppled off the cone with the first lick attempt. Their sign says waffle cones are "made daily", but ours were quite stale. They probably do make waffle cones daily, but you might get one that was made a couple of days ago. One of the cones had a large hole in the bottom, so as the ice cream melted it drained out of the bottom, creating a sticky mess. We'll go somewhere else for ice cream next time.

  Wanted to try this place for a while after going to Jeni's maybe too many times. Standard quality which makes not much difference from their packed ice cream i can find at grocery stores. Friendly staff but further training needed, especially should learn how to operate credit cards. However, the price... a small cup (which is really small!!) with one topping costs more than 6 dollars... May not return again

  I wanted to like this place more than I did. The service was alright (though they didn’t know how to work their credit card machine and it took about five minutes for them the charge my card) and it was clean enough inside... ice cream was mediocre at best and a little freezer burnt I think. Not a fan. Pricing though, now that was terrible!!! I was really surprised when I got to the register to discover that two small scoops of ice cream in cups (they charge extra for cones, lol) was $12 and some change. Seriously? Wanted to check it out because we were thinking that maybe we spend a little more than necessary on our evening ice cream dates to Jenni’s.... but it was more expensive at Ben and Jerry’s! Last time I come here. Better selection, service, atmosphere, and prices at and of the other shops in town. Totally lame.
