  I went to the Westbury store in search of vanity mirror. I found the perfect one but it wasn’t in store. Laurie went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect mirror. She was so helpful amazing customer service. Always with a smile on her face. Tysm Laurie for everything!!!! ❤️

  I remember when customer service was top priority at Bed Bath & Beyond. I received great service once I found someone to help me. There was only one person covering the floor on the soft side. Bedding & Bath.

  Nice store though pricey. I needed a replacement wrist strap for my fitbit alta. Bed bath and beyond sells those on the web, but I didn't want to wait for delivery. Turns out the store doesn't stock replacement wrist straps but had a picture of one with an order bar code on the Fitbit display. Grumble, grumble!

  My Wife & I come here often, It is quite big & very well stocked!! need to take your time , there are so many items you would not find in other stores!! Only one drawback we have encountered, the checkout lines get quite backed up!! management is very slow at placing more cashiers up front to alleviate the problem!! Yes, you can get stuck on a checkout line for over 20 minutes , It's happened to us several times !!!!

  Nice place, they seem to have a large amount of products that is needed for the home. I sometimes find some of their prices to be on the high side, so make sure you take your time to look at the prices, nice staff , in and out in no time and there is plenty of parking !
