  Cleaning was rushed and poorly executed. Poor communication and poor customer service. They book many people at the same time and don't respond to questions. My treatment plan change on the fly and I had to ask repeatedly why is was changing to more expensive procedure many times before getting an answer that never informed my why it changed. While in the office, I asked to be given the cost for the two different crowns they offer and Jessica, the billing person told me to look it up myself. In addition, my insurance provider informed me that they needed to call the provider line for clarification about double billing. I called to inquire about an update three days in a row. Each time they told me they needed to check.... Today, Don was snappy and asked me to call my insurance provider myself and to put her on three way. I informed her that my insurance would not allow that. Don put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up to call back and they were "closed."

  Dr. Azar is fantastic, I would give her and staff two thumbs up 👍👍 and ten stars , super friendly and very knowledgeable, I don’t have not one bad thing to say . Believe it or not , I can not wait to go back and visit them and get my two crowns completed .also , I kiss all them faces .😘

  I neglected my teeth for a long time, and I was very embarrassed, but Dr. Azar and her team completely brought my smile back to life, I feel safe and generally cared for in their care, they are patient kind very understanding, and do everything to make you comfortable.

  I was so Nervous of going to the dentist because of my past experiences, I have to say since I walked in this place I felt so welcome from the receptionist to everyone who works here , they are beautiful people and have so much compassion and this made me feel so comfortable, Dr. Parmar explain all the work I needed to have done she is amazing at what she does . This is the dentist you want to be at if your nervous to even go to the dentist . Best place ever . I will be doing all my dentist work here for sure . Will give you update again :). Thanks to all the team . You Rock .

  What a Gem!!! And let me start with how much I usually dislike going to the dentist. Beautiful smiles was prompt and persistent in calling me and scheduling my dental emergency. Being seen for the first time the next day was amazing access, not to mention the stellar care I received. All the staff leading up to the Doctor was perfection in their caring, understanding, and informative responses. The Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and thorough… I’m actually excited about the Dentist for once. I felt understood and I feel confident in the treatment plan they offered me. Thank you to all the Ladies and staff at Beautiful Smiles again. Well done!!
