::Worst customer service ever. The front desk staff doesn't know what they are doing. They schedule the appt and when I showed up for both of my appts after confirming I show up on time they make me wait in the waiting room just to tell me they have to reschedule me because the doctor has already left for them day. They've done this twice already. I already paid out of pocket for the procedure so I'm stuck coming here but I don't recommend anyone to come here it's a waste of time and money.

::Have to redo my review cause i made a mistake with the number of stars. Anyway, the overall visit was very pleasant. Dr. Ukaily was very professional and the whole process was fast. Assistant Irene was very friendly and informative. I appreciate her explaining things that i have to look out for and answering my questions. She was very nice and i enjoyed my visit there.

::I had a 4pm appointment and I got there around 3:30pm. When I checked in the receptionist mentioned there were 5 people ahead of me (not sure why it mattered if I had an appointment). 4:00 came around and no update of how much longer it was going to be before I would be seen. At 4:30 I asked how much longer it would be and the receptionist stated it would be about another 45 minutes. At that point I canceled my appointment. They do not respect appointments and I wish I would've known that since I had taken time off of work to make my appointment.

::The clerk who prepared an Estimator Worksheet and explained my account as well as procedures today was very professional and courteous. The entire staff was helpful but this particular clerk was impressive, patient and and beyond reproach.
