  Charming, clean, and cozy rooms! Our stay at Bear Mountain Motel added to the brief time we had exploring the area. Parking on premises, nearby food spots, and proximity to destinations (Peekskill, Bear Mountain, and West Point) made things very convenient. New owners are very hospitable, we were greeted by Gramps, who showed us to our room and made us feel very welcome. This was our first time in the area; however, if we do visit again I will definitely try to book a room! (P.S: ask about the family's Ice Cream Shoppe!)

  The owners are very, very friendly, there is a small store, gas station near by, and there activities to do all around you. The owners were very welecoming when me and my boyfriend got there, they made us feel comfortable. I loved the stay i would go back again

  Outstanding location, value, and function for visitors -- especially parents of West Point cadets. New owners are extremely service oriented and wanting to help visitors in anyway possible.
