  BC Kickboxing is a great workout for everyone no matter your experience. It is a very friendly gym and you get a full body workout each time. The trainer Jeremey is very patient with beginners and motivates you throughout the hour workout! I highly recommend checking out BC Kickboxing!

  Highly recommend! The kickboxing sculpt and blast classes offer an intense and fun full body workout. They are the perfect mix of weight training and bag work, which makes the one-hour class feel like it goes by fast. The environment of the gym is very welcoming and you get the sense that everyone is in it together. Jeremy puts in the extra effort to know everyone's name and he offers that much needed motivation and positive energy to help you get through the tough classes. Along with a healthy diet plan, I lost 15 lbs over 4 months. I always walked away from the classes with a great sense of personal accomplishment, having a clearer mind, and feeling like a total boss.
