  I have lost over 40 lbs with Touro. Every class is designed to get you the results you want to achieve. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and know exactly how to guide you. I have tried everything and this was the only thing that made me come back. I don't know what I would do or where I would be without Chris.

  I absolutely love this place and strongly recommend it. It is by far the best place in West Hempstead and the surrounding areas to work out. Cris the owner and personal trainer is a very motivated and fun person to train with. He is always pushing you to do your best, he is very resourceful and he always provides you with the best information that is out there regarding fitness and nutrition. I would really like to mention that I have never felt or seen my body in such amazing shape as now that I am training with Cris. He goes that extra mile to push you in the most professional way to achieving your goals. Thank you Cris for being so professional and dedicated to your craft. We appreciate you!!
