  I do not recommend bayside vw service at all !!! They have horrible customer service and are very unprofessional. They barely know what their doing when it comes to you’re vechicle. After this experience I wish this place can possibly get shut down as soon as possible.

  Horrible staff and service. They do not care about anyone or the work that they produce. They ruined my car and they do not choose to help or work with their customers; instead they chose to respond very rudely. If I could I would give 0 stars.

  This was the first time I was ever here and I brought my new Volkswagen Atlas for an oil change and I found them being very professional and friendly. My wait was about an hour which I felt was not bad at all . They had out free fresh coffee and other edibles for the customers. Also the bathrooms were very clean. So far so good
