  People works there is very very bad! Office located in a small corner area... Most of the time is NO customer! I got there @ 5:01 pm! They already locked the door!😒👎👎👎 NO STAR IF THAT IS A Option !

  First, Bank of the West is one of the few banks that has said, it is not going to invest in oil/and oil related, companies any more. Hopefully they stick to that. Secondly, they have Operation Hope in the same building; which is a great company for people who haven't had the opportunity to learn balancing a checkbook, save to get a mortgage, and build a business. But thirdly, the best thing is the staff because they are amazing! Bank of the West, on 9th St., manager (Yolanda) has helped me in several situations. She is gone above and beyond on several occasions for me. I truly value her advice.

  poor experience with lack luster support and management. This is certainly NOT a business or professional bank but more of a savings account deposit box with some people who open the doors - sometimes. You will: Be talked over Belittled Have your time wasted Have your car broken into in the lot right outside (yes) Need one say more?

  We have had an account for over 5 years and Yolanda always takes great care of our account and problems. Excellent attention to details.
