  Terrible terrible service, always only two tellers open with a line almost out the door. Now most B of A's close at 4:00 so if you get off at 5:00 your out of luck. I'm so happy to bank at Safe One now, line is always short and service is enjoyable. Thank you Safe One. Bank of America needs improvement on getting people in and out, if not at least put some chairs or benches for the wait.HIRE MORE TELLERS!!!!

  It is ridiculous the service this bank offers to public, It's summer and people have to wait up to half an hour outside in the sun sometimes even disabled persons and ladies with babies have to tolerate the heat just because from three or four cashiers just one or two are actually helping customers the others are doing God knows what which is irritable because the customers are desperate to do their transactions and leave. Managers should use some sort of numbers and a small screen on top of the entrance where the customers can see from the commodity of their vehicles what number they are serving or something else that doesn't make customers uncomfortable..

  Very poor management, does’nt matter what day you come here , they always have a one teller for business and one teller for regular customers , last week i spent 1 hours and 5 mins in a line , hire more workers , nobody has that much time to wait in the lines, thats why more and more customers are going to other banks,

  The security guard cuts the line like 30 or 40 mins before closing time, come on i know you want to get home early on Fridays, but we all get paid on the weekends Other banks like bank of the sierra close at 6 on Fridays

  The wait always long! I went there for wire transfer and been took the person in charge is not there. If the person is not there for a week, is that mean no one wiring for a week? They only have one or two window open, slow and not helpful. Disappoint
