::I opened an account over two weeks ago. They forgot to order my bank card. Went in and wanted to close my account because it's been issue after issue. They wanted to charge me $20. I said whatever. The teller went to the manager, she said don't charge me (over heard her) but the teller came back and charged me anyways. Not during a single interaction with them did it go smoothly or without issue.

::I went to go cash my check in the branch and lady forgot to scan my check so they never deposited my check I had to wait 4 days to get my money back! When I went back they did not even apologize for their mistake! I will NEVER go back!!
