  They just don't know what are they doing I have to explain the problem, and get sent to another person and explain myself again, and still both couldn't agreed who is supposed to do what

  wish I could do 0 stars after renovations you need an appointment for the most simple things it's just stupid 2+ hours to unlock card please

  This place needs to hire better staff, with more experience. Especially considering that they just closed the veterans location. Half the time I know more than them and I have to do the explaining. Very inconvenient location.

  Horrible new lobby service, with 30 minute wait times to speak with a person. I will no longer be banking here. Only one teller window for security NO

  Unfriendly staff. Just went in for a quick service on my account and had to wait for 15 mins in Cashier line they couldn’t help me and ask me to wait for a banker. No banker was available and waited for 15 mins and a banker came and asked if I have checked in and it will be a 30 min wait. Waste of time for a wealth management client.
