  3/9/18- I had a horrible experience with a teller and the bank supervisor. Both were extremely condescending and the entire matter was excessive. My transaction was for a “bank check” and I was refused because my signature didn’t match from the signature I signed when I opened the account- 15 yrs ago. I was asked the same questions repeatedly, required to open the app on my phone to verify recent purchases, all this while he had my drivers license and my actual physical presence as proof. Not once did he ask me security questions. I called customer service to confirm if I’ve ever had any flags or fraud activity that would’ve prompted the behavior of the supervisor because I’ve NEVER been interrogated over my identity at a bank branch. I was told by the rep I definitely needed to report the incident. I filed a big complaint! The whole situation was ridiculous. If I didn’t have such a good relationship with boa, I would’ve left the bank based on that experience alone.

  Nice new ATMs were installed in the drive through, thing is it's too high and you can't reach it from a car. If this stupidity spreads to other locations, I'll be switching banks.

  Very nice, accomodating. However, BOA telephone help is abominable. Required me to take a day off for suspicious charges. Will change banks as soon as I can.

  My mom has been banking at building for over 22 years. She loves going to this bank until recently, now this teller Ann keeps harassing her to use the atm. Ann should be sent to customer service training again. I tried to talk to her that my mom needs assistance when comes to the bank but this crazy lady start to yell back to me like I am her child. This is not boa standard by no means. Everyone else at this bank is professional but this lady needs to go.
