  I had an awful experiencce with this bank. However the one rep contacted me and did all he could to fix matters. It took 7 months to recieve good Customer service. But its a start. 3 stars for now let's see hopedully they continue on this route.

  This is the worst bank. They will say anything to get you as a customer but they do not help you and they charge countless unnecessary fees. I would not recommend this bank to my best friend , let alone a stranger.

  The tellers act like sales people trying to get you to get personal loans and to switch accounts. They pry into your personal business and ask personal questions in front of everyone. Stay away from this branch.

  Love this bank. Never been inside but they always have parking and the ATM is secure at night and well lit.
