  This bank has excellent customer service. If you need to get in and out of the bank quick, this is the perfect location. They also have a drive through ATM as well as one located in the lobby.

  I went to set up a home equity line of credit no specialist on site i had to set up an phone appointment that took 2 hrs to set up an had to wait three days for a phone call only for them to set us up with some one try to lower our interest rates on credit cards we dont own smh wasted a lot of time

  Nothing!!! Why post "Hours of operation" and close your bank early!!?? I drove 114 miles over here just to cash ONE check, and you are closed!! Its Monday and you guys had 15 minutes to spare from closing time..but obviously you don't value your customers enough to stay open until the posted hours. Bank of America's entire company has fallen behind on customer service! Huge disappointment!

  I have been a Ft Sam customer for over 30 years. Since Bank of America has reorganized their bank, all my banking data is forwarded to centers that are out of state. Errors have occurred and there's on one to correct the problems. There is no more Ft Sam personal servicer that I had known for so many years. I'm closing this account and going with a bank that allows you speak top a REAL HUMAN and not a computer.

  My parents have been banking here since the late 40's early'50's Nat'l Bank of Ft Sam Houston, Republic Bank of Texas, NCNB/Nations now Bank/Bank of America. I am POA now and they WORK WITH ME on this sometimes tricky but necessary process. And always in a professional and friendly manor that is reassuring as I attempt to carry out my Mom’s affaires. Scale of 1-10 they are a 10!
