  Very nice experience from when my husband and I walked in. We were greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude by two bankers who acknowledged us. The process of opening a checking account was easy and sufficient. Everything was thoroughly explained to us, lots of good benefits with IBC, we got our debit cards the same day, and it's a very nice environment. This review is based on our experience. I understand that everyone may experience different services and I did look at the reviews before we went. This location is close to where we live and it's nice for someone who is looking to build up their credit. I forgot our banker's name, but she was so sweet to us! 😊

  What is going on with this bank all the location or terrible the wait time is 10 to15 minutes to get waiting on in the drive thru.you can't receive cash in the drive thru but you can deposit cash l was told it's for the customer protection which don't make sense.what is the difference in receiving cash or making a deposit money is still being handled don't have enough help so this is what they come up with . being a customer to long over 12 yrs l need a bank that works for me nothing convince for the customer just got a great idea USAA should have done this when I retrie anyway.

  Slow service, and tellers have no customer service. Not professional at all!

  I agree we went to this downtown branch to get a replacement card for my father.. He has been banking with then quite some time and requested to.gave replace fee waived...They refused..it was some young female they have sitting in the front... Apparently the person who hires does solely on a pervert level and not based in exemplifying good customer service and banking skills.. They sit in the front if a dead bank doing nothing plus can't they at least make sure its not sine trash from the south side is what they appear to be.. Couldn't you get prettier girls from Stone Oak or a decent side if town

  I've been banking with ibc bank for almost 20 yrs I move to San Antonio and it's like the worse experience I could have coming from a small town it's seems I come everytime and only one teller is working while the other counts money knowing there is a long line this is every time I have complained to management but it like they laugh at u nothing changes really seriously think of moving my money elsewhere maybe FROST BANK!
