  Walked in with no appointment at 12:30pm on a weekday. I was asked if I would like to make an appointment or wait - they said it would only be a few minutes and there was only one person in front of me, so I figured I would wait. A half hour later, they told me only ten more minutes. It took over an hour to see a banker because they only had one banker working. Two stars because maybe it is great when you make an appointment, but don't assume you can walk in on your lunch break and get banking done.
