  Dan has really helped me to improve my core strength and flexibility. I love my Pilates reformer and cadillac sessions. Dan also gives great therapeutic massages. His studio is well equipped, super clean, and Zen.

  From strength training through Pilates, TRX, and Weights I am achieving amazing results! Daniel Thomas Melnik truly specializes in "whole body wellness." His extensive knowledge of the body's physiology and function, coupled with his supportive approach has instilled a desire for me to continue the process of creating a healthy lifestyle! He has breathed new life into me with his fun and enlightening training sessions! In addition, as a massage therapist he has transcended me to a new level of pain relief and relaxation! The environment is soothing, with a blend of essential oils suited for all your aromatherapy needs. I have experienced an array of treatments, including Swedish Relaxation, Hydroculator Moist Heat Therapy (OMG!), Medical Massage, Trigger and Deep Tissue ~ Daniel has an inate ability to target the areas that are in distress and melt them away..it's incredible! He is passionate about the health and wellbeing of his clients and genuinely CARES about your path to success. His studio is very one on one, almost celebrity- esque. This blend makes you feel as if you are training with a true "friend." Daniel Thomas Melnik is exceptional at restoring you to a Balanced Body! I'm grateful for his TLC!

  A coworker recommended Balanced Body Fitness and Wellness to me for massage. I checked them out both online and in person. I was very impressed. The studio is very professional with state of the art equipment for all types of exercise.... beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I was also very pleased at how knowledgeable the owner of the studio, Dan, is. Not only regarding fitness but nutrition as well. I have to add that not only can you go to this wellness studio for fitness, but for Pilates and massage therapy as well. Definitely worth checking out!
