He is passionate about the health and wellbeing of his clients and genuinely CARES about your path to success. His studio is very one on one, almost celebrity- esque. This blend makes you feel as if you are training with a true "friend." Daniel Thomas Melnik is exceptional at restoring you to a Balanced Body! I'm grateful for his TLC!

::A coworker recommended Balanced Body Fitness and Wellness to me for massage. I checked them out both online and in person. I was very impressed. The studio is very professional with state of the art equipment for all types of exercise.... beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I was also very pleased at how knowledgeable the owner of the studio, Dan, is. Not only regarding fitness but nutrition as well. I have to add that not only can you go to this wellness studio for fitness, but for Pilates and massage therapy as well. Definitely worth checking out!
