  The bagels were good, but the atmosphere was a little weird. Hearing the older man behind the counter saying “here’s your dirty, dirty chai” in a strange voice to a young woman was uncomfortable.

  Best bagels in Portland. Love the pesto bagel with pesto cream cheese and the cheese twists are awesome.

  Decent little bagel shop. Good food, quick service. Have to deduct a star because they gave me the opposite of what I ordered (no cucumbers, yes onions). Not a huge deal, but $8 bagel needs to be correct. No time to go back in the morning rush to get such things fixed.

  Very good bagels and pleasant counter person. Closes around 3:00 p.m. I was surprised to find out. Street parking is limited

  I hate to say it, but this place has gone downhill. There was a time when you could get a decent bagel....nothing fancy, but good. The last few times I've gone in the bagels are flatter, they barely toast it so it's almost still cold with no crunch, and they have become VERY skimpy with the cream cheese. I don't need a ton of cream cheese, but it should at least cover both halves evenly. I hate to post this, but they need to improve to keep my business.
