  B&N delivered a new baby grand piano that we purchased in Center City Philadelphia and had delivered to a narrow townhouse on a narrow street. They were incredibly kind, courteous, professional, respectful, and most of all, talented in moving pianos! I hovered over them watching like a hawk, mostly out of curiosity and amazement, and they didn't mind at all - answering my every question as they gracefully moved the massive instrument through narrow passageways and up and down stairs. Use B&N for all of your piano moving needs!
