  Service attendant was very nice and friendly. But there is only ONE person at the front desk. And as far as I can tell, 1 person in the garage. Staff were good but we were held up by too many first timers that had no idea how rentals work! No avis preferred line.

  I rented from here due to the somewhat negative reviews for the location in Union Square. Overall I had a positive experience renting a car for the day. The person behind the counter was friendly and I got the car very quickly after arriving. No sales pitch whatsoever on purchasing extra insurance, etc. Returning was easy too although because only one person was working (I assume this is normally the case as the same lady who was the only one there in the AM was the only one there upon return in the PM) we had to wait about 10 minutes to return the car while she helped someone who was there before us. But overall I'd return here if I needed a rental car.
