::If you haven't been here since Nicholas, the new manager, took over a handful of months ago then I say give them a shot. I work just around the corner, and since I don't bother to own a vehicle in this well-connected city, I will often decide to book a vehicle for the weekend. On a Friday. At 3:00pm. I get off at 4:30pm. That is very short notice on a busy rental day. They have always had a vehicle ready for me, I've never been treated rudely, and I've never been disappointed with their service. This is a small but extremely busy location, folks. That deserves to be taken into consideration. This office is located on the ground level of a parking garage, so if you don't see any available Avis-designated spaces when returning your car, just park it on the top floor of the parking garage.

::car was fine. I called ahead of time, they put me on hold for 15 min, so I hung up and tried to call back and no one would answer. I just went to the location and there was only one guy so we had to wait a while while he did other stuff, it seemed like he had a fiend there or something. Once he did get to us he was nice, and professional.

::SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. NO HELP, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Worst service ever. We had a prepaid rental car that the brand new associate could not figure out how to push through the system. They ended up cancelling it (in front of us, we are literally still standing in the store) and telling us we had to pay 1.5x the price because they couldn't figure it out. Called corporate and the "supervisor" repeatedly told me there was nothing he could do (yeah right, clearly not a supervisor). We will now be calling corporate everyday until I can talk to an ACTUAL supervisor and get every penny back. We've now been standing in the store for over an hour, still no car, and still trying to charge us more.
