  Very nice people. Quick in and out. The only bad thing? On the run up to long weekends the wait can be a bit trying. That’s not the workers’ fault though... it’s a small office. Other than that it’s as pleasant as can be.

  Pitiful, even by Avis standards. The door was locked even though there were people inside when I arrived, and they made me wait in the cold for a while until the got around to opening it. They did not point out damage to me on the car I received, and tried to overcharge me by $100. Don’t go here.

  The worst service I've ever experienced during a car rental. They do not even try to pretend to be helpful.

  Literally the best service I've ever received at a car rental facility. The manager Ben went above and beyond to accommodate me, and Xavier was super helpful, patient, and calm, which made the experience smooth and peaceful for everyone (it appears to be a busy location).
